De Voorwaarden Checker is géén chatbot.
We gebruiken AI uitsluitend om specifieke informatiepunten uit je contract te halen, zoals bijvoorbeeld: opzegtermijnen, stilzwijgende verlenging of specifieke kosten.
De uiteindelijke beoordeling en uitleg die je als consument te zien krijgt, is altijd gebaseerd op juridische inhoud die is geschreven en gecontroleerd door experts. De AI schrijft dus geen adviezen en bedenkt geen eigen juridische interpretaties. Dat laten we bewust over aan onze juristen.

Human-in-the-loop
In veel gevallen is de automatische check voldoende. Maar soms wil je extra zekerheid, bijvoorbeeld bij complexe of belangrijke contracten. Daarom bieden we een human-in-the-loop optie: je kunt ervoor kiezen om de uitkomst van de automatische analyse extra te laten controleren door een menselijke jurist.
Om de kwaliteit hoog te houden en voldoende tijd per dossier te hebben, hanteren we een limiet van maximaal 10 checks per module per dag. Dat betekent dat onze experts de ruimte hebben om écht goed naar jouw situatie te kijken, in plaats van vluchtig duizenden documenten per dag voorbij te laten komen.

Minder kans op hallucinaties
Een veelgehoorde zorg bij AI is het risico op "hallucinaties": verzonnen of foutieve antwoorden. Onze technologie is daar specifiek op ingericht om dit risico zo klein mogelijk te maken:
- Narrow, clear tasks: the AI doesn't need to draw legal conclusions, but only recognizes simple facts (e.g. "What is the notice period?"). This significantly reduces the chance of errors.
- Multiple models and prompts: we use different models and carefully designed prompts that check and complement each other.
- No free-form answers: the AI cannot generate free legal texts, but fills predefined fields with factual information.
Omdat we AI zo "smal" inzetten en alle interpretatie in beslisbomen en expertteksten hebben ondergebracht, is de kans op hallucinaties minimaal.
Altijd up to date
Wet- en regelgeving verandert continu. Daarom worden onze juridische checks dagelijks bijgewerkt. Zodra er een relevante wetswijziging of nieuwe rechtspraak is, verwerken wij dat onmiddellijk in onze beslisbomen en controles.
Zo weet je zeker dat de beoordeling van jouw contract gebaseerd is op de meest recente juridische stand van zaken, niet op verouderde informatie.
